Whoa! Sure bo?
Time passes so fast when you are busy. It is like, yesterday's Monday, Tuesday is ending, tomorrow's Wednesday. Oh my! Have I planned for my Friday and Saturday? I am in danger of being sucked in by my work. I suppose that is ok if you are in your first year of work? Well, there is no user guide to your job is there? Many questions with little answers. Things will straighthen out some time...
And yes, not forgetting the generous payout announced by Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Lee Hsien Loong. It was dubbed an 'Election Payout'. I see it as what the government intended it to be, to share part of the government's surpluses with Singaporeans. So quit whining and just take it! And oh, do you know you could donation your share to charities if you feel that you do not deserve it? Log on to www.progress.gov.sg for more details.
I just bought a new phone last week. A spanking Nokia 6280. Pictures coming up in a while. How about a little review about the phone while I am at it. The phone looks cool, stylish and great for young executives (er herm..). It comes with a 2 mega pixel camera and the screen looks great. Picture quality is great at daylight but night shots are filled with particles. Memory can be expanded to at least 1 GB. I had conflicting reports with another vendor quoting 2 GB. My phone runs on a 1GB stick. The ususal Bluetooth, 3G and infra technology can be found on the phone as well. The phone also comes with a free Bluetooth headset. The sound is barely audible for me and it would take someone of sharp hearing to get anything out of the headset. It could just be deafy me if you had that headset and it sounds good. Well, let me know and I will change the headset. I would really love to use one although the headset doesn't feel really comfortable on the ears.
My work schedule this week is filled up already. I foresee next week to be equally busy as well. I don't know if it is good, but ever since I joined this company, I have been working non-stop. New projects over-lap one another and I don't get any breaks between projects. I am currently implementing 2 projects while the previous 2 had not been closed yet. I will be at Bukit Merah and Chinatown tomorrow and for most of this week. Running about so many places gives me great exposure to the freight forwarding industry. Anyone wanna be in the freight forwarding industry? I could certainly recommend you a few places.
The world is big and I had only seen so much. Genting, Macau, Hongkong and Guangzhou this year. Not much leave left for a super holiday package. Taiwan or Australia anyone? Thailand also can.
